My background was as a chef, having trained at the London School of Cordon Bleu. I established my own catering business for 16 years which involved the development of new recipes and menus, and led me to a career in food development. I joined Long Clawson Dairy as Creative Development Chef in 1998. Since then, I have worked mainly in development and NPD roles in the cheese industry, latterly as Innovation and Product Director for Norseland UK. I am a foodie, love travelling and experiencing new products. After starting in a point of sale company after studying Business Studies and Information Management at Sheffield University, I moved on to both sales and marketing roles for Dairy Crest and Muller for over 8 years. I worked with all the retailers, brands and own label products.
